...Elevated Fire Conditions Continue Today...

Elevated fire weather conditions can be expected for all of the
southwest quadrant in addition to south central Wyoming this
afternoon and evening. Relative humidity will be in the teens this
afternoon and evening across the lower elevations...and the upper
teens to around 30 percent in the mountains. Winds will be west
10 to 15 mph with occasional afternoon gusts 20 to 25 mph at
times. Residents, travellers, and campers this weekend are
encouraged to take strong caution if considering any type of
burning activities. Please follow local burning rules. In
addition, do not drive off the area roadways as dry vegetation
could easily catch on fire.

drops into the mid teens across the valleys...and the upper teens
to around 30 percent in the mountains. Winds will be west to
southwest 10 to 20 mph with afternoon gusts to 25 mph at times
across the mountains. Residents, travellers, and campers this
weekend are encouraged to take strong caution if considering any
type of burning activities. Please follow local burning rules. In
addition, do not drive off the area roadways as dry vegetation
could easily catch on fire.

central and northern Wyoming today as relative humidity drops
into the lower and mid teens across the lower elevations...and the
mid teens to around 25 percent in the mountains. Winds will be
southwest 10 to 15 mph with afternoon gusts to 20 mph at times
across Natrona County...and northwest to northeast 5 to 15 mph
with occasional gusts to 20 mph over northern Johnson County.
Residents, travellers, and campers this weekend are encouraged to
take strong caution if considering any type of burning activities.
