SOUTHWEST BIG HORN BASIN-

TEMPERATURES HAVE WARMED TO AROUND 34 DEGREES ACROSS MUCH OF THE
EASTERN BIGHORN BASIN ENDING THE THREAT FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN FOR
MUCH OF THE AREA. THE MAIN EXCEPTION IS BETWEEN WORLAND AND
THERMOPOLIS...AROUND THE CITY OF KIRBY WHERE TEMPERATURES REMAIN JUST
BELOW FREEZING. SO THERE COULD BE POCKETS OF BRIEF...LIGHT FREEZING
RAIN...BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE AREA WILL SEE JUST A COLD RAIN.
MOTORISTS ARE STILL ADVISED TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR BLACK ICE THIS
MORNING...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN WORLAND AND THERMOPOLIS.
