...ISOLATED GUSTY SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL FIRE ONCE AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR 40 TO 50 MPH WIND GUSTS WITH THIS
ACTIVITY AS THEY MOVE EAST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA AT 15 TO
20 MPH. BE ALERT...AS THESE STRONG WIND GUSTS CAN OCCUR QUITE A
FEW MILES AWAY FROM THE PARENT SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM OR EVEN
AFTER THE STORM HAS WEAKENED OR DIED. STORMS WILL DECREASE IN
COVERAGE LATER THIS EVENING...LINGERING FOR A MORE EXTENDED PERIOD
OVER THE HIGHER MOUNTAIN PEAKS.
