...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS ACROSS NATRONA COUNTY THIS MORNING AND
AGAIN TONIGHT...

THE COMBINATION OF A SOUTHWEST WIND OF 10 TO 15 MPH AND
TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM ZERO TO 10 BELOW ZERO WILL PRODUCE WIND
CHILL VALUES AROUND 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO THIS MORNING.

THE WIND WILL INCREASE TOWARD MORNING AND THIS WILL BRING SLOWLY
RISING TEMPERATURES TO MOST OF NATRONA COUNTY. HOWEVER...WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL STILL RANGE FROM 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

TONIGHT...WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL ONCE AGAIN FALL TO BETWEEN 20
AND 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WITH A BRISK WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND.

IF PLANNING TO BE OUTDOORS THIS MORNING OR LATER TONIGHT...BE
PREPARED FOR THE VERY COLD WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES AND PROTECT
YOURSELF FROM POTENTIAL FROSTBITE.
