CASPER MOUNTAIN-GREEN MOUNTAINS AND RATTLESNAKE RANGE-
NATRONA COUNTY LOWER ELEVATIONS-
645 AM MST SUN DEC 28 2014

SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 50 MPH WILL CONTINUE
ACROSS THE GREEN MOUNTAINS AND RATTLESNAKE RANGE...AND ALONG
OUTER DRIVE -WYOMING BOULEVARD ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CASPER THROUGH
THE MORNING.  AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL BE ENCOUNTERED WITH LIMITED
VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN JEFFREY CITY AND MUDDY GAP ALONG
HIGHWAY 287.  THESE WINDS WILL DIMINISH IN THE AFTERNOON.

THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ADVISES NO LIGHT TRAILER
TRAFFIC DUE TO WIND SPEEDS ABOVE 50 MPH.  THESE WINDS MAY CAUSE LOSS
OF VEHICLE CONTROL OR A BLOW OVER TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING
EMPTY OR WITH A LIGHT LOAD.  DRIVERS OF SUCH VEHICLES ARE ADVISED TO
DELAY TRAVEL ON WYOMING HIGHWAY 258 OR OUTER DRIVE ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF CASPER...OR FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
