DEVELOP ACROSS THE CODY FOOTHILLS THIS EVENING, PRIMARILY IN THE
VICINITY OF CLARK. SOME ISOLATED GUSTS OF 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED. THESE
WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.
