...Brisk Winds and Elevated Fire Conditions This Afternoon...

Brisk southwest winds will continue this afternoon. Winds will
blow at 15 to 25 mph across the area with a few gusts of 30 to 45
mph possible at times. Relative humidity will also range from 15
to 25 percent this afternoon. Please take proper precautions with
respect to the crosswinds in light high profile vehicles and any
burning activities.

...Elevated Fire Conditions This Afternoon...

Elevated fire weather conditions can be expected for portions of
southern Wyoming through 6 pm as winds continue out of the
southwest 15 to 20 mph with occasional gusts 25 to 35 mph while
relative humidity drops into the mid and upper teens. Residents,
travellers, and campers are encouraged to take strong caution if
considering any type of burning activities. Please follow local
burning rules.
