INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...FOSSIL BUTTE NATIONAL MON...KEMMERER...

THROUGH 600 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS LINCOLN COUNTY...ESPECIALLY
OVER THE SOUTHERN HALF. THE MAIN HAZARDS WILL BE VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL. HEAVY RAINFALL COULD
CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN LOW LYING OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AND
SIGNIFICANT RISES ON SMALL CREEKS. BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM...AN
ISOLATED AREA NORTHEAST OF COKEVILLE ON HIGHWAY 232 COULD HAVE
SEEN AROUND ONE INCH OF RAIN...WHICH COULD RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT
RISES ON THE MILL...SMITHS FORK AND HAWKINS AND OTHER SMALL
CREEKS IN THAT AREA.
