  AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AROUND 8 AM BEFORE
  TAPERING OFF.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES
  THIS MORNING. TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 2 TO 5 INCHES WITH THE HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ACROSS SOUTHERN JOHNSON COUNTY AND WEST OF BUFFALO.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND OF 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH IN OPEN AREAS INCLUDING THE BUFFALO
  AIRPORT. LESSER WIND OF 10 TO 20 MPH WILL OCCUR IN SOUTHERN
  JOHNSON COUNTY. THE WIND IS EXPECTED TO CREATE AREAS OF
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE MILE AT
  TIMES.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ACROSS JOHNSON COUNTY IS EXPECTED TO BE
  HAZARDOUS THIS MORNING...INCLUDING INTERSTATES 25 AND 90.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 5 TO 12 INCHES. SNOWFALL
  AMOUNTS SINCE SUNDAY HAVE RANGED FROM 3 TO 7 INCHES ON THE WEST
  SLOPE TO 4 TO 9 INCHES ON THE EAST SLOPE WITH A FOOT OF SNOW ON
  CLOUD PEAK.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...AREAS OF NORTH TO NORTHWEST WIND OF 15
  TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 35 MPH. THE WIND IS EXPECTED TO CREATE
  AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW A
  HALF MILE AT TIMES ON POWDER RIVER PASS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS THROUGH THIS
  MORNING OVER POWDER RIVER PASS AND OTHER MOUNTAIN ROADS.
