.DISCUSSION...
Expect cloudy skies this morning with some morning patchy dense
fog across our East Texas and Southeast Oklahoma districts, along
with portions of the adjacent districts in SW Arkansas and NW
Louisiana. Eventually, a cold front will move through the region
today, bringing us drier conditions and sunny skies. Afternoon
mixing heights should climb above 4000 feet with min RH values 45
to 55 percent. Expect afternoon temperatures in the 80s and winds
out of the WNW near 10 mph
Dry conditions will remain on Wednesday. With light and variable
winds and little cloud cover, morning fog will be possible again.
The fog should diminish by mid morning, with sunny skies likely.
Afternoon mixing will climb above 3500 ft, with min RH values
between 40 to 50 percent. Winds will remain light/variable, with
highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s.
