            Blizzard conditions observed. Montana Zone
            317 - Little Belt and Highwood Mountains.
            Visibility at MT DOT RWIS Monarch Canyon
            station was below 0.25mi from 12pm May 7th
            until power failed at 7pm. Highway 89 was
            closed from Armington Junction to White
            Sulpher Springs starting at 1am May 8th. The
            Onion Park SNOTEL station reported 28 inches
            of new snow and snowfall rate of 2 inches
            per hour from 8pm to midnight on the evening
            of May 7th. During this time the Porphyry
            Peak RAWS reported winds averaging 25 mph
            with gusts to 52 mph before the sensor
            failed at 10:05pm. A widespread power outage
            affected much of the zone through the
            overnight hours into Wednesday morning.
