This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Kansas, east central
Kansas, north central Kansas and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Strong to severe storms are expected to develop after mid afternoon
along a cold front, then move southeast across northeast and east
central Kansas from late afternoon through the evening hours. All
modes of severe weather will be possible with large hail around 2
inches, wind gusts to 70 mph and a few tornadoes possible. Locally
heavy rainfall will also be possible as well.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms are forecast to impact the region again Wednesday
through Thursday, including the potential for severe weather. Several
rounds of thunderstorms could generate heavy rainfall and increase
the potential for flooding and flash flooding. Be sure to remain up
to date with the latest forecast information.

Weather spotters are encouraged to relay reports of hail, damaging
wind, tornadoes and flooding.
