EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

Gusty southerly winds ramp up Saturday and continue into early next week
in advance of the next storm system. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph will
be possible each day.

The severe weather potential is expected to increase late Monday into early
Tuesday morning as a strong storm system moves out of the Rockies and into
the Central Plains. Although there is still low forecast confidence this far in advance,
current data support all modes of severe weather including large hail, damaging winds
and tornadoes. Continue to monitor future forecasts and outlooks as Monday approaches
for critical details.

The weather pattern will remain active into mid week, with additional thunderstorm chances
expected Wednesday into Thursday as the next storm system moves through the area.
