* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa,
  Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner, and Washington OK Counties.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down. Drivers of high profile vehicles should
  be alert to sudden gusts.
