TIDE CYCLE...COASTAL INUNDATION IS ALSO POSSIBLE THROUGH THURSDAY

...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT ALONG EAST FACING SHORES...

HAZARDOUS SURF OF 7 TO 9 FEET WILL CONTINUE ALONG EAST FACING SHORES
TONIGHT...THEN GRADUALLY SUBSIDE TO BETWEEN 6 AND 8 FEET THURSDAY
AFTERNOON AND BELOW HAZARDOUS LEVELS THURSDAY NIGHT.

COMBINING WITH A KING HIGH TIDE CYCLE OF MORE THAN 6 FEET ABOVE THE
AVERAGE LOW TIDE...COASTAL INUNDATION OF 1 TO 2 FEET IS POSSIBLE
DURING HIGH TIDES ALONG EAST FACING SHORES THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
MOST VULNERABLE AREAS WILL BE LELU ISLAND...THE CAUSEWAY NEAR YEN YEN
AND INFAL TAFUYAT.

AVOID VENTURING OUT TO REEF LINES AND EXPOSED BEACHES...ESPECIALLY
ALONG EAST FACING SHORES...AS RIP CURRENTS WILL BE LIFE THREATENING.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG EAST FACING SHORES SHOULD MONITOR WATER LEVELS
AND TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT CROPS AND PROPERTY.
