ANOTHER WARM AND WET MONTH OCCURRED IN NOVEMBER. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
TEMPERATURE WAS 40.8 DEGREES OR 14.7 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE RANKS AS THE WARMEST NOVEMBER ON
RECORD. NO DAILY RECORD TEMPERATURES OCCURRED DURING THE MONTH.

RAINFALL WAS WELL ABOVE NORMAL. 1.34 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN NOVEMBER
AND WAS 0.39 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. A DAILY RECORD RAINFALL OCCURRED
ON NOVEMBER 28 WHEN 0.73 INCHES OCCURRED...SHATTERING THE OLD RECORD
OF 0.36 INCHES SET IN 1960.
