.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A SURFACE RIDGE ABOUT 300 NM NORTH OF KAUAI WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY UNTIL SATURDAY. THE RIDGE WILL SHIFT EAST ON SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY AS A FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. A STRONGER HIGH
WILL BUILD NORTHWEST OF THE AREA SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY AS THE FRONT
TRANSITIONS TO A SHEAR LINE...AND NEARS KAUAI ON TUESDAY.
