.SYNOPSIS...
LOW PRESSURE OVER THE FLORIDA BIG BEND WILL PROGRESS SLOWLY ACROSS
NORTHEAST FLORIDA TODAY...AND WILL MOVE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS
EVENING. A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL ARE POSSIBLE
OVER THE COASTAL WATERS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS LOW PRESSURE
CENTER WILL EXPAND AS IT MOVES SLOWLY EASTWARD OVER THE WESTERN ATLANTIC
WATERS ON SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...CREATING GALE FORCE NORTHERLY
WINDS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS. ELEVATED WINDS AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY
SUBSIDE BY LATE MONDAY...THEN A BRIEF INCREASE IN WESTERLY WINDS
IS EXPECTED TUESDAY AHEAD OF A WEAK COLD FRONT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
BUILD NORTH OF THE WATERS WEDNESDAY WITH NORTHERLY FLOW EXPECTED.
