.SYNOPSIS...
Strong high pressure will remain centered over the Carolinas and
Mid-Atlantic states through Saturday. Strong northeasterly winds
will prevail through tonight, with Small Craft Advisory
conditions and occasional Gale Force gusts expected on all area
waters today. Small Craft Advisories will remain in effect offshore
through at least Thursday, with elevated onshore winds and rough
seas expected to continue into the weekend.
