.SYNOPSIS...A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE AREA WILL SETTLE SOUTH
THROUGH THURSDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN LIGHT WINDS BUT SEAS WILL
BE SLOW TO SUBSIDE DUE TO A PERSISTENT EAST SWELL. SOUTHERLY WINDS
ARE FORECAST TO INCREASE LATE THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING
DISTURBANCE.
