.Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and
inland waters...A strong frontal system will move through the
area today with gales expected over most waters. Onshore flow
will prevail Thursday and Friday with swells reaching 20 feet over
the Coastal Waters. Another strong frontal system will reach the
area Saturday.
