  WEST CENTRAL KENNEBEC COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...
  SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WESTERN MAINE...
  NORTH CENTRAL ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN MAINE...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 832 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS STORM IS SLOW MOVING AND HAS ALREADY DROPPED
  OVER AN INCH OF RAIN.  EXPECT INTENSE DOWNPOURS WITH RAINFALL
  RATES UP TO 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR.  THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR
  FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA AND PONDING ON ROADWAYS...USE
  CAUTION WHEN DRIVING.
