* AT 312 PM HST...RADAR SHOWED HEAVY RAIN NEAR MOUNTAIN VIEW...OR
  ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF HILO...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  LAUPAHOEHOE...PEPEEKEO...PAPAIKOU...HILO...HAWAIIAN PARADISE
  PARK...PAHOA...MOUNTAIN VIEW...AND VOLCANO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STAY AWAY FROM STREAMS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND LOW LYING AREAS PRONE
TO FLOODING.

RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL ALSO CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE
TO PONDING...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND POOR BRAKING ACTION.
