...THE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS HAS
EXPIRED FOR EASTERN BRUNSWICK...NEW HANOVER AND PENDER COUNTIES...

AT 802 AM EDT...RAINFALL RATES HAVE CONTINUED TO DIMINISH AND THE
BACK EDGE OF SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL WAS RAPIDLY LIFTING NORTH OF THE
ADVISORY AREA. ALTHOUGH DITCHES WILL REMAIN FULL AND RESIDUAL
PONDING IN LOW SPOTS WILL LINGER THROUGH THE MORNING...ADDITIONAL
FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED AND SO THE FLOOD ADVISORY HAS BEEN ALLOWED
TO EXPIRE.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED IN THE ADVISORY AREA. REMAIN ALERT FOR
ANY LINGERING WATER ON THE ROADWAYS OR SWOLLEN STREAMS OR RIVERS IN
THE ADVISORY AREA. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP LATER TODAY.
