The Flood Advisory is extended for
  The Arkansas River near Muskogee
* until Tuesday morning, or until the advisory is cancelled.
* At  8:00 AM Thursday, the stage was 26.0 feet.
* Action stage is 27.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will fluctuate from around 27.6 feet to
  around 26 feet through Monday, which is above action stage
  but below flood stage. However, additional heavy rain is expected
  Friday night and Saturday, which could cause the river to rise.
  Interests along the Arkansas River should conintue to closely monitor
  later forecasts.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, no flooding occurs but low lying agricultural
  areas may be threatened. At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Arkansas River at Ozark Lock and Dam
* until Friday evening, or until the advisory is cancelled.
* At  8:00 AM Thursday, the stage was 356.1 feet.
* Action stage is 355.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 357.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 356.1 feet by this
  afternoon, which is below flood stage. Flows are forecast to range
  from 160 kcfs to 173 kcfs today. Additional heavy rain is expected
  Friday night and Saturday, which will cause the river to rise again.
  Interests along the Arkansas River should conintue to closely
  monitor later forecasts.
* Impact...At 355.5 feet, the river remains in its banks, but access
  to Okane Island may be cut off.

* At  8:30 AM Thursday, the stage was 7.1 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested below flood stage at 10.1 feet and
  will continue falling. However, additional heavy rain is expected
  Friday night and Saturday, which will cause the river to rise again.
  Interests along the Mulberry River should conintue to closely
  monitor later forecasts.
