.DISCUSSION...
DRY AND HOT WEATHER WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK UNDER
THE INFLUENCE OF THE UPPER RIDGE.  SOME MOISTURE WILL INCREASE BY
FRIDAY AHEAD OF A WEAKENING FRONTAL BOUNDARY ACROSS NORTH CAROLINA
WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR THE CHANCE OF CONVECTION TO INCREASE FRIDAY
INTO THE WEEKEND.

DEEP MIXING EXPECTED ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH MIXING HEIGHTS
PUSHING OVER 6000 FT AND MIN RH VALUES FALLING TO 35-40 PERCENT.
AFTERNOON TRANSPORTS WINDS WILL BE SUFFICIENT FOR VENTILATION
FROM THE SOUTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ON THURSDAY
AND FROM THE WEST 5 TO 10 MPH ON FRIDAY.
