FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA
AND EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA FOR SOUTH CAROLINA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
303 PM EDT SAT APR 19 2014

.DISCUSSION...LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE SOUTHEAST COAST WILL KEEP
HIGH MOISTURE IN THE FORECAST AREA THROUGH TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL
MOVE A LITTLE FARTHER OUT TO SEA SUNDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE FROM THE
NORTH CONTINUES PUSHING COOL AIR DOWN.

CLOUDS AND PATCHY LIGHT RAIN WILL BE AROUND INTO EARLY SUNDAY
MORNING...WITH SOME PATCHY FOG NEAR LAKE SHORES. HOWEVER...
A MODERATE NORTHEAST LOW-LEVEL BREEZE WILL PROVIDE ENOUGH MIXING
TO PREVENT WIDESPREAD OR DENSE FOG FORMATION. DISPERSION OVERNIGHT
WILL BE GOOD TO EXCELLENT.

RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO NEAR 40 PERCENT LATER SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
WINDS WILL BE NORTHEAST SUSTAINED AROUND 15 MPH AT THE SURFACE...
WITH TRANSPORT WINDS 20 TO 25 MPH.
