Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,

.DISCUSSION...Widespread showers and storms are expected across
districts, as a strong cold front races into and through the area
today into tonight. Rainfall amounts over the next 24 hours are
expected to total in the 1-3 inch range. Winds will be breezy from
the south again today, but will immediately become northwesterly
in the wake of the passing cold front. Clearing, and noticeably
cooler drier conditions are expected as we begin the new work
week. Fog formation is not expected this morning, nor again Monday
morning.
