.DISCUSSION...
A moist, tropical air mass will prevail this week. Scattered to
numerous showers and thunderstorms will affect the Florida Keys
and adjacent waters today through Thursday, with locally heavy
rainfall possible. Sustained wind speeds at 20 feet will remain
below 12 mph outside of showers and thunderstorms for the next
several days. The Dispersion Index will drop below 20 tonight once
again.
