SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE
HIGHER TERRAIN OF WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO THIS
AFTERNOON, WITH ISOLATED STORMS FURTHER EAST TONIGHT.  RAIN CHANCES
WILL INCREASE OVER THE ENTIRE FORECAST AREA MONDAY AND TUESDAY, WITH
HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE.  SINCE MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH/S WILL BE MAINLY
ABOVE 25 PERCENT AND 20 FOOT WINDS GENERALLY LESS THAN 20 MPH THE
NEXT SEVERAL DAYS, FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL REMAIN LOW INTO MID
