Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central
Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
324 AM MST Fri May 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Cooler temperatures can be expected today, with highs in the 90s
across the lower deserts, as a shortwave trough passes to the
north. Breezy conditions will occur once again, especially across
parts of southeast California. Gusts will generally range from
15-25 mph, but could be locally higher in some spots. Temperatures
will warm back up into the mid-upper 90s tomorrow as high pressure
rebuilds along the Pacific coast. Winds will be much lighter,
however. Humidities will remain low during the day, in the 10-15
percent range, but overnight recovery will be fair to good.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
