Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central
Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
343 AM MST Fri Jul 28 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms will continue for today and increase in coverage as
moisture has increased across the area. Storms over Gila County
look likely today while the lower desert around Phoenix has
roughly a 20% chance of seeing precipitation. The chance of
thunderstorms for southeast California begins on Saturday and will
likely peak on Sunday. Minimum humidities will remain above 15
percent with good overnight recoveries. Except for thunderstorm
outflows, winds will stay relatively light while favoring typical
diurnal tendencies.

...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
