Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
405 AM MDT Wed Mar 29 2017

.Discussion...

Much of the district has benefited from wetting precipitation,
either rain or snow, with the most recent storm.

The current storm will move out of the area this afternoon. There
will be a brief break in the weather through most of Thursday
before a new storm system begins moving into western parts
of the district Thursday night. That storm will spread
another round of good precipitation across the remainder
of the district Friday through Saturday night before
decreasing on Sunday.

Afternoon ventilation rates will generally be good to excellent
across the district today. On Thursday, rates will generally
be good over the mountains and high valleys but only poor to
fair over the plains.

--- thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds ---
