WARMER AND MORE UNSETTLED CONDITIONS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS A
FRONTAL BOUNDARY MOVES INTO THE OHIO VALLEY.

.DISCUSSION...STEADY NORTHEAST WINDS CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION
THIS AFTERNOON AS THE OHIO VALLEY SITS BETWEEN SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT LAKES AND A SURFACE LOW OVER NE FLORIDA.
THE BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING HEIGHT OVERACHIEVED THIS AFTERNOON...
CAUSING MUCH DRIER AIR TO BE MIXED DOWN TO THE SURFACE. CURRENT
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE RANGING MOSTLY IN THE 25-30 PERCENT
RANGE...BUT A FEW LOCATIONS ARE IN THE 20-25 PERCENT RANGE. THIS
DRY AIR COMBINED WITH STEADY WINDS AND DRY SMALL FUELS WILL
CONTINUE TO CREATE CONDITIONS NEAR CRITICAL THRESHOLDS THROUGH
THE EARLY EVENING. A SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT HIGHLIGHTING THIS
THREAT HAS BEEN ISSUED. OTHERWISE...RH VALUES WILL RECOVER
OVERNIGHT TO 70-80 PERCENT RIDGES AND 85-95 PERCENT VALLEYS.
EXPECT LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS ON SUNDAY WITH LOWEST RH VALUES
DROPPING INTO THE 25-30 PERCENT RANGE.
