.DISCUSSION...
Similar day to Sunday with increasing cloud cover in the afternoon
and the off chance for a shower or storm moving in off the Tusas.
Any storm will be capable of frequent lightning and gusty winds to
50mph. A backdoor front across the eastern plains will influence the
weather Tuesday, lowering mixing hgts and keeping a N/NE wind going
through the valley Tuesday. Winds may become more terrain driven
Tuesday afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear to start with building cumulus off
the Tusas in the afternoon. Isolated showers
and storms after 1500 just after sunset. Storm
motion will be to the ESE at about 20 mph.
Chance of Pcpn......20 percent increasing to 30 percent in the
                    afternoon.

Min Humidity........22-26 percent.
