JUST OFFSHORE. IF ANY LOW CLOUDS AND FOG DO MAKE IT INTO KODIAK PROPER
EXPECT IT TO BREAK UP QUICKLY DURING THE MORNING HOURS WITH MOSTLY SUNNY
SKIES BY MIDDAY. SIMILAR TO WHAT HAPPENED FRIDAY...LIGHT WEST WINDS DURING
THE EARLY MORNING WILL SHIFT TO EAST BY AROUND NOON. TEMPERATURES AND
