A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT WITH HIGH PRESSURE TO THE WEST AND A
LOW IN THE GULF OF ALASKA WILL KEEP GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OVER
KODIAK ISLAND INTO TUESDAY. STRONGEST WINDS SHOULD BE FROM LATE
THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL THEN START TO
DIMINISH BUT REMAIN GUSTY INTO TUESDAY. WEDNESDAY SHOULD SEE MUCH
LOWER WINDS AND HIGHER RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES.
