WINDS ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN IN THE WESTERN PAYETTE FOREST
SHOULD REMAIN ON THE HIGH SIDE THEN DIMINISH SATURDAY...BUT SHIFT
ENOUGH TO THE WEST WHERE THEY COULD START TO IMPACT THE BURN AREA.
MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR THE WEEKEND. PRECIPITATION
MOVES BACK INTO THE BURN AREA MONDAY AS THE MAIN LOW DRIFTS ALONG
THE NEVADA BORDER AREA.
