SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON,
BEFORE AN AREA OF STEADIER RAIN MOVES NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS
NORTHERN NEW YORK THIS EVENING. STRONG GUSTY WINDS GENERALLY OUT
OF THE EAST TO NORTHEAST WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON.
WIND GUSTS WILL BE STRONGEST AND MORE PREVALENT IN THE HIGH
TERRAIN, MAINLY ABOVE 2000 FEET WITH GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH. WINDS
AND ASSOCIATED GUSTS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE AFTER 5PM.
