DECREASE AND SHIFT TO THE EAST OVERNIGHT. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WILL NOT BE MUCH BETTER THAN LAST NIGHT...TO
AROUND 30 PERCENT. WINDS TOMORROW WILL BE OUT OF THE EAST TO
NORTHEAST BUT SHOULD STAY RELATIVELY LIGHT. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
