FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1100 EST ON FEBRUARY 11.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...A DRY AIRMASS WILL BE ACROSS THE BURN SITE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL TOP OUT IN THE
LOWER 50S.  COMBINE THIS WITH DRY AIRMASS...AND AFTERNOON RH VALUES
ARE EXPECTED TO BOTTOM OUT AROUND 35 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON.

THE MORNING INVERSION SHOULD HAVE BROKEN BY YOUR EXPECTED IGNITION
TIME. SURFACE WINDS WILL TURN OUT OF THE WEST AROUND 5 MPH WITH A
FEW GUSTS UP TO 10 MPH POSSIBLE.  WINDS WILL TURN MORE OUT OF THE
SOUTHWEST AROUND 5 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON WITH LESS THREAT OF
WIND GUSTS.  TRANSPORT WINDS SHOULD REMAIN OUT OF THE WEST THROUGH
THE ENTIRE DAY...WITH SPEEDS BETWEEN 7 TO 12 MPH THROUGH THE DAYTIME.

THE NIGHTTIME INVERSION SHOULD BEGIN SETTING UP ONCE AGAIN BETWEEN
6 PM AND 7 PM THIS EVENING.  NO FOG IS FORECAST TONIGHT OR FRIDAY
MORNING DUE TO AN EXPECTED INCREASE IN CLOUD COVER LATE TONIGHT.
