RETURNS TO THE REGION.

WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN AROUND 5 MPH MONDAY. ALTHOUGH MIXING
HEIGHTS ARE FAVORABLE...THE WEAK WINDS ALOFT WILL PRODUCE FAIR TO
MARGINALLY GOOD SMOKE DISPERSAL VALUES. THE WIND DIRECTION
WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST TO NORTHWEST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
HOWEVER...DUE TO THE HIGH PRESSURE AND WEAK FLOW...THE WIND
DIRECTION WILL BE PRIMARILY DRIVEN BY THE LOCAL EFFECTS
OF THE PRESCRIBED BURN.
