.DISCUSSION...

The burn location is near a warm/stationary front, with the front
likely just about half a county or so to the south and east. The
air is fairly cool and humid at the burn location, but warmer and
much, much drier as of early this morning on the warm side of the
front. There should be a slow push north and west of the front
today, to let this location warm up and dry out a bit into this
afternoon. Once the front moves through the location, the winds
should switch to the southeast. The winds will likely switch back
to the northeast later today. Cloud cover and a surge of moisture
from the south this afternoon will limit how dry this location can
get. Confidence in the exact numbers, from the temperature,
humidity, switch in wind direction, and wind speeds, is somewhat
low today given the dynamic situation at play. Smoke dispersion
will be poor for much of the day because of the lack of mixing and
wind flow.
