A cold and dry airmass is in place. A brisk northwest wind at 15
to 20 mph with gust between 25 and 30 mph will occur over the
state by the afternoon creating a moderate to high fire danger.

Min humidity........37 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming south 5 to 10 mph in the
                    late morning and afternoon.
