A RIDGE ALOFT WILL KEEP THE REGION DRY AND WARMER THAN NORMAL
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. THE RIDGE WILL BEGIN TO BREAK DOWN AS A
COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE EAST THURSDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN
A RETURN TO UNSETTLED WEATHER WITH A CHANCE FOR WETTING PRECIP BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL REMAIN LOW UNDER
THE RIDGE. WITH TRANSPORT WINDS EXPECTED TO REMAIN ON THE LIGHT
SIDE VENT CATEGORIES WILL REMAIN IN THE FAIR TO POOR CATEGORY
THROUGH THE PERIOD.
