A STRONG CAP IN PLACE AT AN ELEVATION OF ~8000 FT...PLUME
DIRECTION SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY TO THE EAST. WINDS WILL SHIFT
TO EAST SOUTH EAST AND EVENTUALLY SOUTHEAST BY THE AFTERNOON BUT
WILL REMAIN LIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP IN THE AFTERNOON
