.DISCUSSION...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN CANADA WITH A LIGHT NORTHEAST
FLOW. SOME DRIER AIR WILL TRY TO MOVE IN FROM THE NORTH...BUT IT MAY
NOT BE ENOUGH TO SCOUR OUT THE CLOUDS. THEREFORE IF THE CLOUDS PERSIST
AS EXPECTED WITH SOME BREAKS...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOL WITH
MODERATE RH VALUES THIS AFTERNOON.

LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND OHIO
VALLEY AREA OVER THE WEEKEND WITH HIGH PRESSURE REMAINING OVER
SOUTHERN CANADA AND A COOL EAST FLOW ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. RAIN
CHANCES WILL BE HIGHEST NEAR THE ILLINOIS BORDER...WITH NORTH AREAS
POSSIBLY REMAINING DRY.
