731 AM CDT SAT MAY 23 2015

FORECAST IS BASED ON REQUEST TIME OF 0715 CDT ON MAY 23.

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE...FROM THE GREAT LAKES INTO THE
APPALACHIANS TODAY...ADVANCES EASTWARD TO OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
BY SUNDAY. A DEEP MIXED LAYER SOUTHEAST FLOW IS FORECAST TODAY AND
SUNDAY RESULTING IN GOOD DISPERSION. A BETTER CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
STORMS IS FORECAST ON SUNDAY AS THE PASSAGE OF MID LEVEL ENERGY
COMBINES WITH MODIFIED BOUNDARY LAYER MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY.
FREQUENT LIGHTNING ACTIVITY AND BRIEF STRONG WIND GUSTS IN AND NEAR
STORMS WILL BRING HAZARDS TO FIRE WEATHER AGENCIES CONDUCTING ANY CONTROL
BURN OPERATIONS.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...CONSIDERING FAIR OVERNIGHT
DISPERSION...RISK OF FOG IS LOW.
