NORTHEAST WINDS EXPECTED ON THE RIDGES SATURDAY NIGHT. WINDS
WILL DECREASE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING AND THEN
SHIFT TO THE SOUTHWEST BY LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND BE LOCALLY
GUSTY ONCE AGAIN. THE MARINE LAYER WILL REMAIN SHALLOW...AROUND
