.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy conditions are expected for the early part of the
day with a few showers and snow showers possible through the
morning across northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa.
Easterly surface winds will gradually become southeast throughout
the day with some gusts up to 20 mph possible. Moisture will
increase this evening with patchy drizzle and showers possible
overnight into Thursday.
