.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity will not be ideal for burning with readings mainly in
the 50s for minimums. There will be a strong inversion above the mixing
layer that will prevent smoke from rising above it. Southerly transport
winds aloft should help dispersion of smoke today. However an inversion
near the surface will develop overnight trapping any smoke near the surface.
