.DISCUSSION...Lower chances today for showers and thunderstorms
across southcentral Utah near the Brain Head burn site. Humidity
will be elevated through the day today and into Thursday with
moisture present. Winds should remain mostly light this morning
and may become breezy this afternoon. Nearby showers and
thunderstorms that do develop during the afternoon are expected to
move sufficiently rather than remain stationary and have less
chances of producing heavy rain.
