.DISCUSSION...
Surface high pressure over the southern Florida peninsula this
morning will shift slowly east into the Atlantic during the day.
A developing southwest wind flow will help to increase moisture
off the Gulf which will result in an increase in clouds during
the day along with milder temperatures. Tonight mainly dry and
milder conditions are expected as high pressure remains in control.
On Friday a weak cold front will sink south into the region during
the day. This front combined with adequate moisture will support
some isolated showers across central and northern locations during
the afternoon. The increase in moisture combined with light to
calm winds will support some patchy fog development over inland
locations late tonight into early Friday morning, but no widespread
visibility restrictions are expected.
