WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 31.1 INCHES OVER NORTHERN
ALBERTA WILL BUILD SOUTH ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS WEAKENING TO 30.6
