SUNDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL SHIFT TO NORTHEASTERN QUEBEC SUNDAY
NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES BUILDS FROM THE
NORTHERN PLAINS INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION. THIS HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL PUSH INTO QUEBEC BY TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9
